Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the date on your sale to request an exchange.Â
Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash and never expires.
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stain
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
